We want you to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for the services provided.
Please note that refunds are not available for any services that have already been performed. Refunds are also not available for any services that have been customized or personalized*.
Refund information is included in the contracts we sign with our clients. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us at ceo@yugadigital.ru.
*This means that if you requested a service tailored to your specific needs and we have already delivered this service, we cannot provide a refund for it. This is because the service has already been performed and cannot be undone.
For example, if you requested a custom design for your website and we have already completed that design, we cannot issue a refund for it. This is because the design has already been created and cannot be reversed.
