CONSENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL MAILINGS

Hereby, I, the personal data subject, in compliance with the requirements of:
Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" (hereinafter – 38-FZ), Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter – 152-FZ), by placing a “V” mark next to the clause “I give my consent to receive promotional mailings” or any other similar clause located on the Operator’s website, freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give my consent to the Operator to send me informational and promotional mailings under the following conditions:

1. The Operator is entitled to send informational and promotional mailings by the following means:

• via SMS messages (using the mobile phone number I provided on the website);
• through telecommunications networks, including telephone communications;
• via messengers, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram.

2. To carry out informational and promotional mailings, the Operator processes the following personal data:

• mobile phone number;
• full name.

3. The Operator carries out mixed processing of personal data.
4. The Operator is entitled to process my personal data by the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.
5. The Operator is entitled to transfer my personal data for the purpose of informational and promotional mailings to the following persons: communication operators, messengers, email services.
6. This consent is valid for 10 years from the date of provision.
7. I am informed of my right to receive information regarding the processing of my personal data in accordance with 152-FZ, and I am notified that this consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by submitting a written request. The written request should be sent to the email address: papers@yuga.vision and must be signed with a simple electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. I hereby guarantee that the mobile phone number and email address provided by me in this consent belong to me. In case I cease to use the mobile phone number and/or email address specified in the consent, I undertake to inform the Operator thereof. By providing a phone number and/or email address belonging to a third party in this consent, I guarantee that I have obtained consent from the said third party to receive promotional mailings from the Operator in accordance with this consent.
